What payment methods do you accept?
We currently operate exclusively on a Cash on Delivery (COD) basis. You only pay when the courier hands the order to you directly, ensuring maximum security and convenience. We do not request, process, or store any credit card information.
How long does delivery take?
We know you are excited to receive your pieces. Once your order is confirmed, it is processed within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery typically takes 2–5 business days to reach your doorstep after dispatch
Do you ship internationally or regionally?
At this time, our shipping services are strictly limited to local delivery areas as outlined in our Shipping Policy. We do not offer regional or international shipping to ensure we maintain our high standards of speed and service quality.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you may cancel your order without any penalty as long as it has not been shipped. However, if the order has already been dispatched and handed to the courier, you will be fully responsible for all shipping fees, even if you refuse the delivery at your doorstep
Can I return a product and get a refund?
We offer refunds and exchanges within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition and packaging.
How do I return an item to the courier?
To request a return or exchange, contact us within 14 days of delivery through our Instagram page or customer support. Please keep the item unused and in its original condition.
I accepted the order but want to exchange it. What are the conditions?
Exchanges are permitted strictly within a 48-hour window from the time you receive your order. To be eligible, the product must be:
- Entirely unused and unwashed.
- In its flawless original condition.
- Returned with all original tags, labels, and packaging perfectly intact
Who pays for the exchange shipping costs?
- For Preferences/Sizing: If you are exchanging an item due to personal preference or a sizing mismatch, you are fully responsible for all shipping costs (both return and reshipment fees).
- For Faulty/Incorrect Items: In the rare event that you receive a defective or incorrect item, we will cover 100% of the shipping costs to correct the issue.
How do I find my correct size?
We provide a detailed "Size Chart" on every product page. We also explicitly mention the fabric type (such as non-stretch crepe) in the description to help you make the best choice. If you are ever between sizes, we highly recommend referring to the weight and height recommendations in our fit guide.
What does "One Size" mean?
Our "One Size" (or Free Size) garments are intentionally designed with a relaxed, flowing drape to flatter a variety of silhouettes (typically fitting XS to L). Please review the exact chest, waist, and length measurements (which is often 145 cm) provided on the product page to ensure it complements your style.
